Customer Care Representative I Multi: Responsible for functioning on a learning curve to become fully proficient in all aspects of customer service, claims and/or membership issue resolution. Details: Production Team Coordinator POSITION SUMMARY Under the direction of the Plant Manager, this position will be responsible for the day to day management of people, equipment and materials to achieve production objectives which will result in the production of a quality product on time. QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is required Associates Degree in Supervisory Management Leadership Development preferred Understanding of the wire harness industry preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook applications Working knowledge of ERP system Ability to assess individual training needs, cross train for job rotation, and provide performance coaching as necessary. Ability to provide one on one or group instruction. Ability to create and analyze metrics to improve production Understand basic technical documents. Be able to read and understand blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, engineering instructions and specifications. Customer oriented with the ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company policies and procedures. Must be a U.S. citizen or be a permanent resident alien with legal and valid credentials proving they qualify as U.S. person.
