Job duties: Direct all activities of the parts and service groups, and manage and assist in inventory Provide technical assistance, training and support to service staff. Involvement in service employee recruitment, appraisals and reviews. Develop and review programs and develop and administer a parts and service budget. Manage the shop and testing area to assure all equipment is functional, available for testing and the shop is presentable at all times.
