Re-work product that is put on hold and ability to reconcile paperwork. Verify codes according to routing. Verify case codes/batch codes are legible and complete. Monitor code date for accuracy and fill out appropriate code date audit sheets. Package according to product specifications. Maintain adequate levels of tape, cases, and miscellaneous items as required. Maintain sanitation and housekeeping levels in accordance with plant guidelines. Ability to communicate with Production Supervisor, PMO, Maintenance, General Assemblers on an ongoing basis concerning operational issues that affect productivity and efficiency. Ensure metal detection is operational by performing checks. Complete HACCP sheet and enter metal detector data in computer system. Order, issue, and return raw materials. Print pallet tickets and label pallets for return. Set up back of the line for product changeover. Fill out Exception reports, Production Tally Sheets, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Operate and troubleshoot case erector, case packer, case taper, case weigher, conveyors, and code date machine. Coordinate work assignment/placement for employees in the back of the line. Print pallet ticket for finished goods. Perform sanitation on assigned equipment and work area. Must be able to perform Assembly/Operation/Disassembly procedures.
