Preparation of financial reports and analysis as needed Serves as a backup for other team member reconciliations and processes Identify and communicate any suggestions for improvement to the internal control environment including policy and process changes QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Requires at least 2 years' experience within an Accounting Department with relevant experience, preferably at an organization with multiple locations. Public Accounting experience preferred. Work requires initiative and the ability to analyze complex accounting documents to improve processes and reporting where results have monetary impact. Should be familiar with automated accounting systems (Infor M3, a plus). Must possess strong computer skills overall, including the ability to navigate between different systems. Requires experience and competency working with Excel, i.e. vlookups, macros. Work requires the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple task environments.
