Details: Position Purpose: Perform care management duties to assess, plan and coordinate all aspects of medical and supporting services across the continuum of care for select members to promote quality, cost effective care. Checks material against spec and documents results to ensure correct material is staged. During Start-Up and Run the Operator will perform all testing required to guarantee highest quality. 8. Perform set-up of coater per work instructions and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. Performs set up’s in a timely manner. Standard run and waste rates must be maintained. 9. Loads raw material onto machine. 10. Assists with packaging needs throughout run as well as covering during breaks to maintain continuous production. 11. Completes all activities using the BMS computer dash board and notifies shift Supervisor/Lead Person of all start-ups. 12. Operates the control panel of machine. 13. Observes machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction. Documents any changes. 14. Performs minor machine maintenance, submits requests for maintenance when needed (including informing supervisor), and cleans area per 6S checklist as necessary to ensure continuous production. 15. Troubleshoots machine to ensure product is running within specifications. 16. Performs packaging responsibilities as part of their normal job. 17. Correctly fills out all paperwork and informs QA when needed to ensure timely products. 18. Performs general housekeeping responsibilities and requirements of the 6S guidelines such as putting tools away, add-on parts and other items when not in use to ensure a clean and safe work environment. 19. Performs responsibilities in accordance with ISO procedures and work instructions. 20. Participates in and supports World Class Operations Management (WCOM) teams. 21.
