Partnership Advisor

Details: Partnership Advisor The Partnership Advisor develops and maintains strong relationships with Edgenuity customer accounts that are large in scope, strategic in outlook and/or complex in implementation. Working directly with the customer, the Partnership Advisor serves as the project manager for implementation and start-up support and acts as a point-of-contact for inquiries related to strategic accounts and as an escalation point for issues impacting other customers. Additionally, this role works closely with a matrixed, regionally focused services team tasked with providing comprehensive support to customers. The Partnership Advisor helps complete the sales process, enhances program implementation and manages the account through the program life cycle. Travels to client sites which may involve overnight travel. Reviews student achievement data and consults with school/district administrators with large and/ or strategic clients to ensure overall program fidelity for customers; leads mid-year and end-of-year program review meetings to evaluate program successes; recommends and coordinates program adjustments based on reviews; delivers presentations to school district board members and school administrative leaders as necessary. Provides ongoing service and support while managing the customers’ expectations and implementing action plans where needed; resolves customer issues and develops best practices to mitigate future issues; recommends additional products and services based on needs and program evaluations. Conducts and leads implementation kick-off calls with large and/or strategic clients; outlines processes and expectations and implements program requirements; involves other implementation project team members as necessary. Leads a cross-functional and partially matrixed project team focused on time-sensitive tasks related to the customers’ service needs; serves as an escalation point for customers; mentors to Partnership Advisors and other team members. Teams with the account executive(s) to conduct sales presentations, when needed. Partners with the Professional Development Team to ensure training sessions are conducted & meets the needs of the customer’s implementation (as needed). Maintains in-depth knowledge of our products and stays up-to-date with ongoing product releases; manages system updates and changes as requested. Performs other duties upon request.
