Responsibilities of the Pump Applications Representative include, but are not limited to: • Ensure customer equipment requirements are met by interpreting specifications and applying Company product line. Create price proposal either from established pricing system or cost information. Prepare and submit proposal to end user, or Outside Sales Representative. Interface with Engineering & Management when requirements of proposal require design modifications. Perform required duties on projects that are highly technical in nature. • Coordinate with Purchasing in developing inquiries and requesting quotations from outside vendors. Maintain and follow-up on all outstanding quotations. Interface with production control on delivery requirements. • Negotiate final pricing with customers. • Ensure that an accurate and detailed customer order is entered by utilizing Company Software Epicor Prophet 21, and procedures including information from the customer’s purchase orders or contract. • Provide pricing and discount structure for order entry. • Responsible for correctness all documentation related to quotations and order entry. • Build submittal data to be emailed or delivered to customer. • Act as contact person with customer, during quotation processing and for all order issues. • Maintain good working relations with our manufacturer’s representatives, outside sales representatives, end users. • Interact positively with team members and all functional departments. • Observe all safety requirements in and around all Repair and Fabrication work areas. • This job description reflects management’s assignments of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.

Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges, and precision instruments, as well as power tools such as pneumatic wrenches, welding equipment, and jacks and hoists. Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition. Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery. Adjust and replace brakes, tighten bolts and screws, and reassemble equipment. Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test instruments such as handheld computers, motor analyzers, chassis charts, and pressure gauges. Inspect and verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to factory specifications. Collaboration with other game development disciplines is key to ensuring game audio is state of the art, and of AAA quality and style. As a key member of the game development teams, the sound manager has frequent contact with production management and PD sound service group management. He or she works to fulfill sound needs as well as source and oversee external audio providers as necessary. The sound manager promotes awareness of sound to ensure that audio maintains an appropriately high profile among all members of the game development team. The ideal candidate leads by example, has creative vision, strong organizational, communicative and time management skills and is passionate about making great sounding games and does so with a great attitude and a smile. The audio manager is responsible for mentoring and developing members of his/her immediate team. Performance reviews, task assignments, scheduling, reporting, budgeting, hardware and software tools and technology specification, and establishing workflow are all duties of the job. Presenting and presentation experience is a must. Some travel will also be required.
