We acquire, renovate, rent and manage single family homes across the Midwestern US. Job Responsibilities: •Create scopes of work and budgets for renovations •Complete projects in a timely and cost effective method while maintaining high quality •Source contractors and vendors, obtain bids and oversee the contractors •Test all systems and functions of the homes to make sure they work properly. •Oversee the completion of a minimum of 8-10 renovations a month Compensation DOE Please submit resume and cover letter including desired compensation Additional Information/Benefits We offer industry competitive wages and benefits.
