The research manager will deliver the highest quality and the most complete information to Costar’s customers by managing both the data and the people. Responsibilities: Coaching and Development: Managers will spend 80% of their time providing support to their associates. Managers will actively coach through on the floor training sessions, team meetings, sharing findings from their phone evaluations as well as those from the quality assurance team, and conducting feedback sessions (as necessary) to discuss performance and developmental needs. Deal Capture & Quality Assurance: Managers are responsible for ensuring that we have all the transactions across the country in the $10 million+ range and the data collected on these transactions are accurate and entered into the research system correctly. They will use a number of resources to ensure we have all the deals in the market place. They will conduct audits on the work daily to ensure that the data is accurate and complete.
