Hourly rate DOE $15-$20 Position Overview- Responsible for identifying and developing relationships with Engaging Managers to fill job requisitions for temporary contract resources nationally .Relationship Managers must possess a desire for success, a competitive spirit, perseverance, tenacity, a professional manner, excellent listening skills, and be well organized and self-motivated. The overall goal is to decrease direct sourcing, increase utilization of the program and continually improve customer satisfaction. This position is consultative and will be very client facing Essential Functions- Oversight of all aspects of human capital sourcing through Managed Service Program system (MSP) Works with assigned Business Units to develop them to their fullest potential Acts as main point of contact for temporary contract resource requests and placements Responsible for training and educating all assigned users on the MSP process and relays benefits to hiring managers and suppliers Reviews resumes and negotiates bill rates as necessary to present the Manager with the most qualified candidates at the best rates Solicits feedback on presented resumes from Managers and disseminates that feedback as necessary Effectively communicates with Suppliers in the expedition of orders for temporary contract resources Timecard Resolution Ensure fiscal and ethical standards are met Making sure all processes and procedures and best practices are documented accurately Provide seamless support to MSP programs Provide accurate and timely requested reporting Assist in creating and facilitating presentations of all types

Details: As an A&P Mechanic you will perform aircraft maintenance for airline customers. RESPONSIBILITIES • Communication with customer on site and with maintenance control • Complete customer and station documentation and turnover logs • FAA repair station paperwork and policies • Perform aircraft maintenance QUALIFICATIONS • A&P License • Valid driver’s license • At least 2 years of experience • Available to work any shift and weekends • Experience on Boeing, Airbus and MD-80 with Gen Fam ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This is a contract position paying an hourly rate of $23.00 with an attractive benefits package, including flight privileges on Delta Air Lines.
