Major Responsibilities & Activities: · Ability to verify products using various gages and visual inspection prior to product shipment when needed. · Reconcile final inspection documentation and certification packages for shipments. · Interact with Government and Customer Source Inspection Representatives. · Verification of certifications and testing of incoming raw materials and special processes. · Function as Designated Quality Representative for various customers to release products for shipment. · Must be capable of completing all requirements of the applicable customer quality portal. · Perform internal and external audits. · Create and revised as needed Inspection Method Sheets and First Article form (AS9102). · Work with engineering to determine process controls including gaging requirements. · Interprets engineering drawings and confers with management or engineering staff to determine quality and capability requirements. · Ability to develop, modify and follow up on documented procedures, work instructions and customer required records. · Ability to facilitate daily standup MRB meetings to disposition parts; follow through on corrective actions to determine to determine effectiveness. · Observes all Company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security. Determine the sequence of machine operations, select the proper cutting tools, determine reference points, machine cutting paths, hole locations, compute angular and linear dimensions, radii, and curvatures required to machine work pieces into the desired shapes. 8. Write instruction sheets and cutter lists for a machine's operator and controller in order to guide setup and encode numerical control tapes. Optimizing the tools. 9. Observe machines on trial runs or conduct computer simulations to ensure that programs and machinery will function properly and produce items that meet specifications. 10. Revise programs to eliminate errors, check that problems have been solved, and/or to enhance efficiency. 11. Contribute to a problem solving team of engineers performing process interrogation and root cause analysis improving and troubleshooting our current tool qualification system. 12. Establish CNC programming Engineering Standard Work procedures as part of the development of a virtual modification tooling qualification system interfaced between NX CAD, NX CAM, Solid Edge CAD, CMM data matrix. Responsibilities of C# Application Developer Work with IT and the customer’s appropriate IT organization to setup the systems and insure we meet standards, data security, and data integrity. Work with our sales and marketing people to customize the applications for each customer including data structure, interfaces, initial reports, data entry, and graphics. Possibly travel to the customer site for meetings with local sales people and the customer to define the customer view of the solution. Manage the other Performance Point & SharePoint developers to ensure application success. Provide material for training modules related to your developed software. Manage/Develop various end-user reports and displays using the application. Manage/Develop web displays (either internally or externally) that meet the needs of the end-user. Have a detailed understanding of the system landscape and how all of the information is accessed. Work with the PI experts to design & build a system that maximizes server/application performance when scaled to the size within the Company’s Vision.

Details: We invite you to come join our Santa Clarita Imaging team as a Radiologic / CT / MRI Technologist. This per-diem opportunity has a Wednesday schedule and will help with coverage as needed (i.e. vacation, sick-time, leaves, etc.) at our multi-modality outpatient imaging practice in Santa Clarita, CA. The center uses a GE 1.5T for MRI exams, a GE Brightspeed 16 Slice for CT exams, and a DRX1 Digital for digital X-ray and fluoroscopy exams. As a Multi-Modality Technologist you'll: Perform high quality Radiologic, Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging exams on incoming patients. Administer contrast if needed, in a safe and effective manner. Monitor patient's well being during exams; recognizes patient discomfort or medical problems and takes appropriate action. Guide patients through this sometimes difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process. Respond to physician questions and assist with Arthrograms if needed. Occasionally travel to our nearby centers in the Valley to receive training and/or help with coverage. Participate in projects/meetings and complete other tasks as assigned by management.
