Information Assurance and Program Protection Lead

Details: Responsibilities Alion Science & Technology is seeking qualified Functions as expert consultant in all aspects of information security and program protection for a government program office. - Prepares in-depth studies, analyses and supporting documentation - Manages major information security and program protection efforts - Maintains Cyber Security risk posture for the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Assurance, Computer Science or a related field plus 5-10 years of directly related experience. In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 10 plus years applicable work experience. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience for positions involving new technology or labor market shortages as reflected by market survey data. Details: Community Options is seeking a Full Time Provider Service Coordinator to support our programs in Lubbock, Texas. The Provider Service Coordinator uses best practices and technology within a Community Based Service Program to facilitate the development of services and opportunities in the community for persons with developmental disabilities in the acquisition of physical, intellectual, emotional, and social skills needed to live as independently as possible. Responsibilities Supervises Community Support Manager and Community Support Staff to provide supports to ensure compliance with work objectives. Includes participating in the interview, hire and performance review processes and completing all required Human Resource documentation. Distributes and communicates pertinent information to all Community Support Managers and Community Support Staff. Maintains an efficient and accurate system for tracking staff schedules and required documentation for all residential homes, and individuals supported in the community to ensure schedules are in accordance with individuals' needs. Develops and monitors Implementation Plan as established by PDP for each participant to ensures consistent service delivery and submits as per establish state guidelines. Develops and monitors Individual Goals and Training Objectives based on PDP, documents accordingly as per established guidelines. Develops, maintains, and submits required eligibility documents to the proper Authority for each participant. This includes but now limited to: MRRC, ICAP, Individual Plan of care, Implementation Plan, Physical Site Inspection Form; and submits copies to local authority within established time frames. This individual would be responsible for both engineering and quality aspects related to products manufactured at Oxford Forge. Duties will include but will not be limited to: Design of new products. Improvement to existing products and processes. Customer liaison on engineering related items. Meet all safety requirements and implement any new safety requirements. Procurement of capital equipment and project management skills. Application, design, and procurement of durable and non-durable tooling. Conducting equipment certifications and supplier engineering contact. Leader in productivity improvements. PFMEA, control plan, and process documentation responsible. Understanding of statistical analysis: machine and process capability, SPC. Application of mistake and error proofing engineering. Strong written and oral communication skills. Use of engineering software systems. Position Requirements Positon Requirements: Willing to take on tasks and manage them to completion. BSME or equivalent education and experience required. Minimum 3 years of forging-related experience. Automotive industry experience preferred. UG NX9 and AutoCAD experience preferred.
