An understanding of the funding function and the ability to assist in that area. Excellent communications skills - phone, personal contact and written. Must work ethically and practice sound fiduciary responsibility at all times. Excellent keyboarding and computer skills. Requires the ability to learn and work with complex software applications. Detailed knowledge of the mortgage industry. Ability to work independently, set priorities and handle multiple tasks.
