Details: Director of Support The Director of Support role is a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients in Durham, NC. Client does not allow posting of salary, but compensation will be base + bonus + equity arrangement. Local candidates strongly preferred, but some assistance is available. Expected travel is between 20 - 25% to meet with teams as needed with partial telecommuting. No sponsorship available. Starting out, you will be managing a team of 16 with the expectation of this growing 50% within the next year. Team consists of both senior and junior level candidates, so must be able to manage both as well as mentor and grow talent internally. After the growth of the team, focus will be on providing better support and delivery to customers.
