Details: Position Description: This position will require the abilities to manage Aegis Software and configure the process to meet customers demand and requirement. Responsibilities: Facilitate New Product Introduction and legacy products in a high paced EMS with Aerospace manufacturing environment. Hands-on engineering and liaison role between the customer and the company. Perform design reviews acting as an expert in DFT, DFM, Process improvements, supplier capabilities evaluation, and quality clause (other things as required).? Implement process improvement in all area. Release MPIs before production release, and have Aegis structure ready for production. Prepare engineering documentation necessary for the transition from development to production including schematic diagrams, bills of materials, suitable alternate parts lists, mechanical drawings, assembly procedures, and test procedures.? Strategic Role: Ability to prepare manufacturing documents have required tools in-house, and setup system readiness before production is released. Scope Ability to understand the manufacturing process and create system and structures that meet customer's requirement. Able and willingness to learn and sustain Aegis Software to an Expert level. Maintain and write new Quality System Instructions (QSIs) and Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs) for assembly level.
