The Retail Communications Specialist will facilitate all communications from the corporate office to the retail field including daily communications, policies and procedures, internal website communications, and meeting presentations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create corporate communications to the field using company communication vehicles, templates, and excellent writing, editing and formatting skills. Act as a gatekeeper of communication from the corporate office to business units. Use business judgment to ensure all communications adhere to the Field Communication strategy. Contribute strategic vision to the design and administration of the company internal website. Analyze current documentation and interpret complex descriptions. Collaborate with departments applicable to Retail Operations support. Align communications with store workload calendars. Create required business, systems, process, and procedure documents. Create and distribute store surveys; analyze results. Build content and format of meeting presentations. Develop business unit contests to drive results. Plan in-store events.
