Trains customer personnel in equipment operation and maintenance responsibilities. Develops schedules and assigns work to meet critical service projects. Ensures maintenance contracts for services are fulfilled and that appropriate documentation and records are kept. Assist with discipline and termination of center employees and maintain complete, accurate personnel records. Ensure adequate, trained staff coverage for all operating hours. Provide leadership through example and foster effective communication, improved productivity, and increased morale through coaching, training, and development of staff. Respond to and resolve complex equipment alarms or donor issues related to processing donors. Collect donor samples in accordance with SOP procedures. Demonstrate good decision making ability, effective reinforcement, supervisory responsibility, and customer service. Work well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines. Possess ability to use computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite. May be required to travel to regional and management meetings, and attend specialty program training when required.
