A core responsibility of the position is to build and maintain the development of standardized processes. This position will work closely with leadership volunteers to present financial materials, ensure financial oversight and respond to questions on data analytic and trends of the chapter. This position will also work closely with the accounting and leadership and finance team to clearly understand the driving factors behind the budget and forecast adjustments. The Sr. Director of Finance and Operations will lead all day-to-day accounting operations and provide leadership to staff members including functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, audit oversight and management, state and local filings and financial data and reporting. He/She will ensure that the chapters have procedures in place to support effective program implementation and conduct - clean audits.
