Project Manager

Working in cooperation with sales, superintendent and management, the project manager will coordinate all installation projects from quotation, installation to final billing. PROJECT AUTHENTICATION: The project manager will review all commercial and residential proposals and contracts to verify that the information is agreeable to American Fence Company standards. If not, the project manager work with the staff and customers. SCHEDULING MEETING: The project manager will lead all scheduling meetings to review current project status and outstanding issues. The project manager will direct sales staff in completing project requirements to prepare project for installation, billing and completion. The project manager in cooperation with the superintendent will schedule projects for installation. CUSTOMER CARE: Upon receipt of any customer concerns, the project manager will resolve concerns with superintendent and sales staff. CUSTOMER BILLINGS: Upon completion of the project, the project manager will process the project for billing and bring the project to a close. PROJECT PREPARADENESS: The project manager will assist the superintendents in preparing for projects. PROJECT REPORTING: The project manager will identify all plan room projects and list accordingly on the bidding list. Each week, the project manager will review the project list with the estimators to assure all projects are under review. The project manager will record and assign all private projects to assure all work is bid timely. In cooperation with other administrative staff, the project manager will schedule all residential project leads. PROJECT COSTING: The project manager will job costs projects to assure profitability based on establishing and comparing project information PURCHASING: The project manager will process purchase requests based on project costing to assure costs are covered and materials are ordered. Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Able to work OT as necessary on the weekdays. Maintain the building in good repair and keep free of hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems. Maintain the building in compliance with federal, state, and local codes and laws. Perform monthly maintenance checks of the building, grounds, and facilities. Perform routine maintenance and repair work, such as painting, minor carpentry, repair work, changing light bulbs, and various other routine maintenance tasks. Coordinate maintenance work with other departments. Keep the grounds looking neat and cared for by mowing and trimming the grass, trimming the bushes and trees, keeping the leaves and litter picked up, the sidewalks clear of debris, and any erosion challenges under control. Remain on-call for facility emergencies. Coordinate and participate in fire safety program and fire drills. Arrange for and manage outside repair, maintenance and construction services according to procedures. Perform duties of washing windows and screens outside of building. Keep work areas and storage rooms neat and orderly. Pick up work order request daily and establish work priority. Inspect fire extinguishers every 30 days. Maintain work records and schedules for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual preventative maintenance.

PAYROLL AND INVOICING ACCOUNTING CLERK

Details: Staff Right Solutions is seeking a qualified, detail orientated Payroll, Invoicing and Accounting Specialist to join our team in our new Business Office in Bound Brook, NJ. This is a full time position paying up to $38K per year plus an annual bonus, paid vacation, holiday and personnel days, healthcare benefits and paid parking. The schedule for this position is 8:00 AM to 4:30PM Monday through Thursday and 9AM to 5:30PM Friday. Modest weekly overtime may be required based on seasonal business demands. The Accounting Clerk will perform clerical duties of moderate complexity and scope in support of the firm’s payroll, invoicing and accounting functions under general supervision of the firm’s Partners. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional environment and feel comfortable interacting and supporting multiple groups. In this role you will work seamlessly with Recruiting and Service Associates, correspond with customers and at times deal directly with ‘temporary employees’ from multiple Branch sites. This position requires a grasp of general accounting principles, knowledge of in-house hourly payroll and invoicing software, familiarity with Quick Books and Microsoft Suite Products and an understanding of banking protocols including direct deposit and positive pay procedures. You will be expected to follow procedures which are well defined but which may require the exercise of some judgment in application. Responsibilities Review and confirm and maintain proper customer verification of weekly time cards and time sheets. Using Staffing and Personnel Management Software enter customer verified employee work hours to generate and process temporary workforce payroll and weekly customer invoicing. Process weekly payrolls and Responsible for processing and forwarding all invoices to Customers on a timely basis. Submit payroll and invoicing information to banking partners within deadlines. Process and submit all Direct Deposit ACH files, positive pay files and wire transactions. Process payment of payables via check, wire, ach or credit card each week. Match supplier invoices to the appropriate payment method and files copies in the vendor payable files after payments have been processes. Responsible for payment, reconciliation of vendor statements and maintaining vendor files. Performs all other duties as assigned which may include preparation of general ledger entries, reconciling accounts, adjust and maintain Branch interoffice accounts such as prepaid expenses and petty cash.
