Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of related experience. • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Demonstrated ability to set UP and maintain project, document control or departmental filing systems and procedures. • Ability to learn new software applications a must. • Ability to provide guidance to others in work group. • Experience with InfoWorks or similar electronic document management systems a plus • Demonstrated familiarity with processing a variety of project documents and document processing requirements • Good/Professional oral and written communication skills. • Willing to perform repetitive data entry required. • Must be proactive, use individual initiative, follow assignments through to completion, and be attentive to detail, quality control and deadlines. • Strong interpersonal skills and proven record as a team player required. • Ability to perform multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities. • Good organizational skills • Ability to type accurately; ability to format properly If you or any one you know are interested in this position, please send me your resume and contact information, .
