Communicate those requirements to the technical team in Japan. • Assist and lead the sales effort with product support including technical presentations, proper application of our products, review of customer engineering specifications, preparation of quotations under supervision, and obtaining of answers to questions at all stages of negotiation, production, and after shipment activities. • Provide technical support to end customers and 3rd party systems integrators for designing SCiB cells or modules into customer products or systems.
