There could be up to 40 people on site, working at one time. - Must be able to effectively communicate project updates, to the PM, using an online system - Prepare or review reports on progress, materials used and costs, and adjust work schedules as indicated by reports - Conducts construction activities within federal, state, and local environmental rules and regulations - This person MUST be able to work independently - This person must have strong communication skills. They will be required to communicate with the client directly, on a day to day basis
