The Roll Off Truck Driver Class B CDL is responsible for ensuring his or her vehicle is in compliance with the Company’s safety standards prior to operating the vehicle, ensures that all Company, state and federal regulations are adhered to at all times while operating the vehicle, and completes vehicle condition reports (“VCRs”) on a daily basis to ensure that any vehicle defects are repaired in a timely manner. Principal Responsibilities • Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy to ensure tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order. Mortgage Post Closer

Details: Responsibilities: Under the direction of the National Mortgage Post Closing Manager, responsible for performing post-closing audits on all closed residential mortgage loan files verifying all applicable loan closing documents to be properly executed validating loan data in the LOS system to be accurately consistent to the signed closing documents. Reviews loan parameters in LOS system that will be uploaded to the Loan Servicing System platform for accuracy and prepares the loan boarding sheet and submits loan to the Loan Servicing System platform. Tracks and follows through with corrections to loan documentation and images all signed closing loan documents into the LOS system. Performs tracking and monitoring receipt of collateral documents and title insurance policies to meet timing demands as dictated by the Bank and its investors. Responsible to audit said documents and ship them (when required) to the appropriate investors. Build and maintain positive working relationship with Loan Originators and Processors Monitor the post-closing pipeline report daily and ensure that closed loan packages are received from the settlement agents within a timely manner; making contact with settlement agents on outstanding closing packages for quick resolution when needed. Review executed loan closing documents and loan data in the LOS system in a timely manner in accordance with department standards utilizing appropriate checklist to ensure that all closing documents and disclosures were executed accurately and meet regulatory and investor guidelines. Review Loan e-folder documentation in LOS system to ensure correct placement of documents within the e-folders to enable exporting of the loan data to the Loan Servicing platform. Perform MORA audit and run Early Check on all salable loans to address delivery deficiencies prior to delivery to investors. Issues found that are unable to be resolved and impact salability to be addressed with the National Post Closing and Shipping Manager. Verify loan funding and HUD-1 balances to loan transaction; prepare appropriate loan boarding sheet verifying loan balances to funds in General Ledger Account. Document all errors found in LOS system under Post Closing and obtain all corrections needed within a timely manner. Follow up on outstanding documentation issues with LPO Offices, Borrowers and or Settlement Agencies for timely resolution addressing all outstanding issues not resolved timely with the Manager of Post-Closing and Shipping Department. Submit residential first mortgage loan data to the Loan Servicing System platform; activating monthly PMI certificates (except Construction) and providing all LPMI/BPMI with loan boarding sheet to Loan Servicing Operations department for cashiering duties to clear GL. Imaging of all signed closing documents and all corrected loan documents once received to the appropriate loan e-folder in the LOS system. Appropriately mark loans in LOS system when original Note is received and loan is delivered to the Secondary Market or held in portfolio. Review and clear issues on a daily basis on loan delivery issues with the Loan Servicing System platform. Track and obtain all recorded documents (mortgage, riders, etc.) along with appropriate title policies by contacting title companies, closing agents and attorneys. Audit recorded documents and title policies upon receipt to ensure accuracy and compliance in accordance with Bank policies and investor requirements. Image and upload all recorded documents and Title policies into the LOS system prior to shipping to investors. Responsible to prepare and send loan documentation to all investors upon request for audits per investor guidelines. Support Secondary Marketing in their efforts for the timely delivery of loans to the investors and ultimate funding of said loans. Perform other duties as assigned

Details: Leasing Consultants are responsible for leasing vacant apartments available within the community and working with the General Manager to encourage lease renewals for existing residents. Currently Established Responsibilities: • Meet and qualify all prospective residents and obtain names, addresses and phone numbers of all prospects. • Showing prospective residents the models and units available for rent. • Making an effective presentation of the models and all features of the community. • Take applications for rental and accept rental deposits. • Answer the telephone and give information in response to rental inquiries. Obtain the name, address, phone number and housing needs of all prospective residents, and establish appointments with qualified prospective residents. • Make follow-up calls from telephone records and send follow-up post cards to all callers and visitors. • Making personal follow-up calls for potential lease renewals as assigned by the General Manager or Assistant Manager. • Place all advertisements in the Advertising Log Book as directed by the Assistant Manager. • Obtain accurate traffic source information and enter it correctly on on-site system. • Open and secure models and "show" apartments daily. • Maintain the rental office, models and "show" apartments in presentable condition at all times. • Walk the property daily to inspect rent ready apartments available to be leased, paying attention to the appearance and general cleanliness of stairwells, breezeways, common hallways and amenity areas. • Must be available to work during any regular office hours including weekends, when requested.
