Report any safety issues on standard reports. • Safely operate his or her heavy truck along his or her designated route and to the disposal site; read route sheet, follow map and service each customer as identified on the route sheet or as assigned by the dispatcher and/or supervisor. • Operate manual and/or automatic controls in accordance with Company safety policies and procedures to lift and load refuse, operate compactor and dispose of collected material at the designated facility. • Courteously interact with all customers, dispatchers and others on a daily basis to ensure all customer routes are serviced in a timely and professional manner. • Identify unsatisfactory waste containers and tag containers in accordance with applicable departmental procedures. • Continuously monitor waste for evidence of unacceptable waste. • Clean area around an accidental waste spill, ensuring adherence to all applicable safety standards and policies. • Continuously monitor the condition of the vehicle to ensure it is operationally ready at all times to minimize down time; clean waste from the packer blade and truck body on each disposal trip. • Complete required route/productivity sheets, VCRs and other reports, as required. • Maintain adherence to required productivity standards for the department to ensure all customers are serviced in a timely and efficient manner. • Follow all required safety policies and procedures. • Actively participate in the Company’s ReSOP program. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Office area with controlled climate and good lighting. Work location may also take place in a variety of settings such as the home, community, school and/or work place of the consumer when providing services. Subject to high level of stress. Subject to working with multiple priorities and multiple deadlines. Works from general instructions, requiring little supervision and expected to exercise considerable judgment in planning and performing work. Responsibilities: Only MHP'S who are registered interns: Provide individual counseling to children, adolescents, and adults in a manner consistent with the member's Individual Service Plan (ISP). All MHP's: Assist members to identify strategies or treatment options to minimize the negative effects of mental illness symptoms or emotional disturbances Assist members to effectively respond to or avoid triggers that may result in functional impairments or crises Provide skills training, individually or in groups, to improve social and interpersonal relationships Communicates with LMHP regarding member's progress/status, verbally and/or written; provides information to assist LMHP in updating member's ISP Assists other staff in coordinating services within the community, following the strategies developed in the ISP Maintain a Daily Log to document type and time of services provided to members throughout the workday Document services provided in Clinical Advisor and submit Daily Log to clerical for daily review Handles crisis situations; documents and provides crisis intervention services appropriately Perform all other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and/or Director of Operations.
