Details: Boiler Operator At Sanimax, we’re focused on making the world a better place. The Boiler Operator runs and maintains a natural gas fired, automated high pressure boiler, as well as compressed air and water systems for our facility. This role is key to supporting ongoing production through the efficient use of steam, and helps create and maintain a safe working environment for our employees. In this role, you will: • Operate and monitor the facility boilers, to include start-up, normal operation, and shutdown • Conduct all necessary boiler monitoring, testing and inventory management on an ongoing basis, and notify Supervisor of any necessary boiler tune-ups. • Monitor efficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and perform or assist with maintenance and repairs of boiler-related steam and condensate systems. • Clean and maintain all associated equipment, and perform regular safety checks. • Coordinate and assist in annual boiler inspections. • Monitor all scrubber systems to ensure they are operating within acceptable parameters. • Other duties as required The right person for this role is a safety-conscious individual who works well as part of a team.
