Details: Title/Unit: RN CVOR/Open Heart Shift/Schedule: Days Exciting opportunity to join a strong cosmopolitan growing city in the Texas market. Facility/Description: This opportunity is for a comunity facility with multiple campuses and well known and respected in the industry. This Staff RN will be responsible for all day to day workings in the OR with reguards to all Open Heart surgery. This RN will help lead the team in successful procdures with all surgeries and be instrumental in helping the department grow and work on a patient customer service model. This RN will be up to date with all knowlegde of Open Heart, and workings among surgical services and operating room teams, and specialized areas treating cardiovascular patients. Most important, this RN will ensure that sterile procedures are followed and that patient safety is assured at all times. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of at least 1 year experience in the area of Open Heart. Additional Requirements: -Licensed RN, with a BSN, CVOR certification a plus. -Strong experience in Open Heart exposure needed -Ability to mutil task, follow direction, and safety needed -Extensive proven hands on patient care and custoimer service skills a plus.
