Our client is looking for an Infrastructure Analyst / Avaya Administrator w/ 3-5 years experience to assist with supporting their telephony enviorment for the enterprise, call center environments as well as retail store locations. This person will be joining a team of four for a 3 month contract that could extend as well as convert full time. Ideally searching for a canddiate who is strong with the Avaya platform with a strong VOIP background. This person will support their ticket queue, troubleshoot user issues, complete user requests and escalate to engineer's when necessary. * Day to day management of Enterprise VoIP/SIP environment to maintain service level up times and availability * Manages day to day ticket queue, troubleshoots user issues and completes user requests. Analyzes request and incident reports and identifies trends * Support 3rd shift changes and incidents as needed. * Adhere to ITIL processes for Change, Problem, and Incident Management. * Provide daily operational support for implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Avaya servers and gateways running telephony services in multiple data centers, contact centers and business offices. * Support Voice/Telephony during service interruptions with minimal supervision.
