As needed perform inspection of Amerlux product built at remote location, maintain detailed inspection reports. Work with Customer Support and Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that all corrective actions and field reports are properly documented and distributed. Communicate with Production and Engineering any issues found during the process of evaluating material and ensure that corrective actions are documented and in place. Work with Customer Support to assist in claim reporting and follow-through; including communicating with the Vendors as needed.
