Collate and email and/or mail monthly cession statement packages for WD Credit, VSC & GAP. (20%) for WD Credit, VSC & GAP. (10%) Settle amounts due to/from custodians (wires/deficiency letters). (10%) Update monthly trust balances for all WD Credit VSC & GAP custodial accounts. (10%) Assist in monthly MAX Reinsurance table maintenance (CRA Retro setups), and assist in preparation of the monthly WD Credit Worksheet files. Data entry in any necessary monthly reinsurance change reports, including our monthly Reinsurance Bible listing, and monthly reasonableness table, and 816 comparison file. Prep data for outside accountants, internal and external audit, and other duties as assigned.
