Details: The Department intends to manage the project using the Agile Scrum Methodology. The Key Person must have experience in an Agile Scrum environment or demonstrate an academic knowledge of the methodology. In addition, the Key Person will be expected to conduct regular code walk-throughs with OED Information Technology Staff. The goal is a complete knowledge transfer of the program and how it works. This will allow the Department to perform maintenance on the application after deployment. The Department highly desires the Key Person to hold a bachelor???s degree in computer science with an emphasis in software design and development. The Key Person must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the software development field.
