The position requires experience handling a wide range of departmental project work and partners with Membership and Constituent Relations team to facilitate support as needed. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES •Conducts analysis on one or more segments of a project. Uses software packages to accomplish task which includes data entry and extraction, manipulation, retrieval, editing and formatting. •Partners with department staff and management, assumes responsibility for project coordination of assigned Membership and Constituent Relations projects. •Monitors, tracks and processes project requests and deliverables that are assigned to the Director of Constituent Relations ensuring that timelines and due dates for completion are met within the defined time period utilizing project management and communication processes and software. •Manages the Constituent Relations budget based on prior years and future trends. Reconciles and explains budget variances each month. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Education-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Or, four years experience in project management in a fast paced environment. Related Work Experience At least seven (7) years executive level project administration experience.
