Details: Riverside Technical Services is in need of a Software Application Support Engineer or Production Support Specialist for our client s Dispatching System. You will spend time with the Client's Test Team to execute tests while building a system and application level understanding of this Dispatching system. The result will be to function in a first-response role for the fielded product. You will carry a company cell phone and be responsible for week-long rotations on 24/7 customer support. You will interface directly with the customer s user community. Your goal in this role will be to quickly understand the customer's issue and provide a solution. You will be expected to learn the team s players and their areas of expertise and be able to understand a field issue such that when a solution is not clear, you are able to get the right people involved to expedite a resolution. This system is a large Software System written mostly in C++ and Java . Also, there are unix and windows scripting language used including K-Shell, BASH, perl, and TCL/TK. It operates on a combination of Solaris, Linux, and Windows platforms. It utilizes numerous third-party COTS products including Versant and Oracle Databases, BEA Tuxedo (CORBA middleware), BEA WebLogic, MQ Series, and several others. Experience developing and/or supporting fielded products with these or similar products and languages is necessary. As you may deduce, there are many moving parts to this systems. So you must be able to visualize this system and how all the pieces fit together to go about debugging and issue. Often, it will be a process of elimination to zero in on the probable causes for an issue.

Details: The Care Transition Navigator coordinates care for a select group of patients/families to guide them through the issues related to the bidirectional movement from one level of care to another. This coordination of care is accomplished through a collaborative process working with the patient/family and the interdisciplinary team (IDT).
