Internet Marketing - Create, post, and update ads daily for new and used homes; reply to all inquiries; field calls/emails to gather customer base. Details: RGIS Inventory Takers are members of a team (called Team Members) that work together to physically count inventory for our clients and enter information into RGIS equipment. Inventory to be counted varies depending on the client and location to be audited. Items may be located on the floor, tables, or shelves at various heights. Items are generally counted on the shelves, but may be moved if required. Inventories take approximately 4-6 hours to complete; however, it may take longer or shorter depending on the size of the location and the level of inventory to be counted. Details: Great Part-Time Opportunity -- Day Shift! • Up to 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday • $8.05 per hour Seeking a strong, physically able person to repetitively lift bags of coin weighing 50 lbs. and able to push skids containing 200 boxes of coin. Will train successful candidate in a warehouse environment. The Coin Teller is responsible for operating a coin wrapping machine to process coin. This involves constant lifting of bags of coin that weigh 50 pounds each and emptying the contents into a coin wrapping machine for processing. Wrapped coins are boxed and stacked on skids. The Coin Teller is responsible for pushing skids containing up to 200 boxes of coin to the coin vault. Other essential functions include: 1.Process coin deposits in accordance to the specified customers requirements. 2.Efficiently and accurately prepare change orders for customers. 3.Perform necessary cleaning and maintenance of the processing equipment. 4. Additionally, the CFO will identify key financial measures in order to provide an accurate picture of financial status and progress toward meeting goals; leads and directs the work of others and provides timely and consistent communication regarding financial results. This is an executive level position reporting to the company Chief Executive Officer. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Directs and has overall management responsibilities for financial and tax planning, budgeting, general accounting, investment accounting and financial reporting. • Has direct responsibility for accounting practices, maintenance of fiscal records and the development of financial reports. • Maintain accounting procedures and methods that appropriately reflect tax accounting principles and are in compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements • Ensure preparation of timely regulatory and financial reports to comply with regulatory deadlines, financial schedules and internal management schedules • Provide timely and consistent communications regarding financial results to governmental regulatory agencies. • Analyze operating results and financial positions and provide timely communication to senior management. • Formulate and communicate financial and tax strategies. • Participate with other senior level executives in long term strategic planning for the company. • Actively participates in industry groups to ensure a high level of understanding of the marketplace and to maintain industry contacts. • Formulate a financial management vision and communicate it effectively Qualifications: - Ability to think strategically and define how financial and tax management can meet corporate strategies, business needs and goals • Strong knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies • Good understanding of mutual and stock company reporting requirements. • Ability to work with complex pc software including spreadsheets and database management software • Excellent management and organization skills • Excellent oral and written communications • Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people and lead teams. Requirements Education • Requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) •10-15 years of direct experience in the finance and/or accounting field • Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience • Knowledge of life insurance industry Preference will be given to candidates with the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations.
