Details: Shift Supervisor is an exempt position that reports directly to Surgical Support Staff Supervisor and manages the daily flow and availability of instruments in the department, communicates directly with the operating room charge nurses for updates, answers the phone, directs the staff, places supply orders and manages repair needs.
