Materials Control Clerk III

The Materials Control Clerk III will perform a variety of semi-routine clerical tasks associated with receiving, storing, and shipping material to support the Material Control and Manufacturing departments under minimal supervision. May assist production, receiving and shipping scheduling personnel by insuring all shop orders, receipts and shipments are completed in a timely manner to prevent customer delays. Applies job skills and Company's internal procedures and policies to complete a wide range of tasks. Responsibilities: This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Receives, counts and processes incoming materials and supplies. Receives, unpacks and issues materials and supplies in the stockroom. Sorts, counts and checks raw materials, finished and semi-finished parts. Maintains daily lot number receiving log. Places materials and supplies on shelves, racks or other specified floor locations. Delivers to office locations as appropriate. Ensures that transactions are input properly into the ERP computer system. Matches and forwards all appropriate documentation to necessary departments. Process of RMA’s and RTV’s as directed. Issues materials to customer orders, packs and ships domestic and international customer orders. Contacts shipping companies for scheduling pick up and delivery of customer orders. Ensures that all shipping documents for domestic and foreign shipments are complete and comply with company SOP'S. Aids in maintaining records on product shipping activities. Coordinates documentation to physical product to ensure timely, damage-free, and accurate shipments. Helps to determine product packaging and shipping requirements. Works with pre-released shop orders and releases shop orders through the computer. Fills orders from requisitions and maintains the necessary clerical records. Assists with scheduling purchases of factory supplies. Assists in general maintenance and cleanup of warehouse. Assists with daily cycle counts. Trains existing warehouse employees when needed. Participates as a member of the emergency on call shipping rotation. Performs additional duties and assignments as directed by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.

What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day: This is a fun, aggressive, energetic, phone sales position where you will spend the majority of your time on the phone. We work a 'full desk' here which means you will be responsible for handling both Clients and Candidates. On the Client side, you will be calling businesses who we know use Microsoft Technologies and identifying their current and upcoming hiring needs. On the Candidate side, you will be identifying and qualifying the top Microsoft Technology talent in North America and matching them with the jobs that you have available.
