Details: Job Summary – The desired candidate will possess knowledge and experience in X-ray. The candidate must be proficient in X-ray and have the capability to work in a very fast-paced environment performing physician requested images. This position will be for part-time employment. Requirements: Operates X-ray equipment to produce optimal-quality diagnostic images as ordered by physicians in a timely and cost efficient manner. Experience with digital X-ray equipment is a plus. Assists the physician in performing outpatient fluoroscopic procedures with the use of a C-arm. Explains procedure and positions to patient Reviews and evaluates video monitor to determine if images are satisfactory for diagnostic purposes. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification in Radiography (ARRT-R) is required. Details: POSITION SUMMARY: The Hospitalist Site Coordinator works in a cooperative manner under the supervision of EmCare to support both the hospital and the Hospitalist Physicians. The position provides administrative assistance to the Site Medical Director, scheduling assistance, and contributes to the efficiency of the patient chart flow & billing processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - (All functions must be carried out maintaining the utmost respect and confidentiality of patients, their families, and other health care providers in a Hospital environment.) Coordinates the professional billing process to include the following: Records activity from Physicians rounding sheets on a daily basis. Generates Unbatched Discharge Report to ensure that all unbatched charts are identified and submitted to RTI for billing. Researches and tracks down missing charts (may require going to other departments or to patient floors to obtain and copy originals if necessary). Reviews charts for completeness for the following: Patient demographics and insurance information. Physician notes and dictation(s). Reviews the charts for completion of documentation including all applicable progress notes, physician orders, dictations and MD signature. Checks all chart components for legibility of any portion that is a copy of the original data Medical Record Completion to include: History & Physical (either dictated or hand written). Hospitalist Progress Notes. Hospitalist Orders (if applicable). Discharge Summary (either dictated or hand written). Hospitalist Signature and Date. Follows up on any missing or incomplete information. Interacts with Site Medical Director, Client Services Manager, National Medical Director, and Director of Documentation & Education for documentation problem solving, lack of compliance, and quality assurance. Has close interaction with Site Medical Director and attending Hospitalist Physicians. Assists hospital personnel and RTI/EmCare personnel in the resolution of billing inquiries and patient complaints related to the billing process. Notifies and assists Site Medical Director in resolving medical complaints. Support the company and clinicians in facilitating the enrollment of the clinicians with the various third party billing entities that require provider numbers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create credential files from initial information received. Coordinate file review and approval. Maintain current documentation and updates as needed. Research and obtain verification of clinicians' medical experience, professional references, state licensure, DEA, DPS, etc.; Coordinate with hospital/clinic, medical staff, and clinicians to complete privileging process, including any additional documentation, references, and applications necessary. Determine by contacting carrier what applications will be necessary for each individual enrollment. Notify billing companies of all new providers first shift and demographics to enable billing of commercial carriers. Prepare applications for signatures, send, track and receive from providers. Submit applications to carriers, track and obtain provider numbers. Notify billing companies of provider numbers. Details: * MIG Welder * Crater * Material Handler Chicago Blower Corporation is expanding its workforce and we are currently looking to hire several welders as well as a crater and a material handler. For the welding positions you will need to have completed a Welding Certification program and have worked as a welder. This position not only requires good welding skills but a good mechanical aptitude as well. Our welders work from blueprints so applicants should know how to read a blueprint as well as how to read a ruler. Work is set up in booths and welders can expect to be on their feet all day. All applicants for the Crater position should have experience with hand tools including nail guns as wells as table saws. Our crater is expected to assemble skids for our products and ready them for shipment. Applicants must be able to read a tape measure in order to accurately measure and cut wood for skids. This position requires employees to be on their feet all day and it also requires a fair amount of flexibility. The Material Handler will move material around the plant floor to various departments providing the parts needed for our welders and assemblers to build our products. This job requires the ability to push and pull weight and requires employees to be on their feet most of the day. There will be times when a fork truck will be used so any fork truck operation experience is helpful.
