You would also play a role in the center manager recruitment process. This would require evaluating the CSM’s progress, making sure they are increasing gross sales and following proper procedures. You would be helping the owners making decisions as far as hiring and firing, as well as ensuring the CSM is properly trained. Once a quarter, you would attend department meetings to review your performance and your action plans for the next quarter. The training program for this position is about 3 months. The first part of training will be in a classroom setting learning the AAMCO procedures for both franchise owners and center managers. Once that is complete you will go through about 2 ½ months of in field training. First you would work with a CSM to get an understanding of what their daily responsibilities and sales process is like. Then you would shadow a current Regional Operations Manager to get some hands on experience for the position.
