Staff Accountant

Details: Maintains accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions by supervising accounting procedures. Work with the General Manager and Controller to ensure accounting and finance procedures are being followed and to ensure the highest level of customer service for members and guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist members with billing questions. Post various member charges to member accounts. Post member payments by check and credit card and take the deposit to the bank. Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis. Assist with the maintenance of the membership data base for member billing.
