Provide expertise in business/data analysis with end users; perform data validation with a thorough knowledge of data elements; and maintain consistency of reporting. Troubleshoot issues that arise within Relational Database Systems (product issues, data discrepancies, implementation, and upgrade issues, etc). Receive requests for projects, evaluate feasibility, communicate results, and develop necessary reports as required. Create and maintain documentation in accordance with established standards. Provide technical support for issues relating to BI and ERP client software. Improve application performance. Automate upgrades/installs. Other duties as assigned.
