Primary Duties and Accountabilities Communications, Content Development and Management Creation, development and execution of content and communications strategy that effectively translates brand, product, and corporate goals into meaningful deliverables including monthly newsletter, product announcements, press releases, presentations, social media, etc. Manage, edit and maintain all technical documentation related to current product lines – including but not limited to product specification and installation guides, technical data sheets, quality standards guide, etc. Establish and manage work flow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, translating, and retiring content. Oversee the content development process from end to end working with both internal and external content contributors and creative resources to improve methods for communicating and distributing product and technical data internally and externally. Coordinate and maintain a forward-looking editorial calendar focused on company and product communications. Lead efforts to continually develop new content themes, topics and formats ensuring all content is on-brand, and consistent in terms of style, quality, grammar and tone. Provide project management for multiple campaigns and programs. Execute and supervise social media outreach, nurturing and growing the PCS social community by delivering content via Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, email, and blog. Develop, edit and maintain the content and imagery of our organization's website, www.rsipcs.com , ensuring it reflects accuracy and the integrity of our company and products. Product Marketing and Sales Develop and execute product marketing and sales support strategies for new product launches and existing products. This will include participation in product planning discussions, development and execution of communication plans, and development and production of materials. Proactively respond to feedback from our sales team, by developing new product marketing collateral, presentations, communications, and sales tools that help to maximize sales and capitalize on business opportunities. Develop educational presentations for internal sales support and coordinate training. Manage promotional materials and samples by maintaining and inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt. Assist with database management maintaining current records and ensuring clean data throughout accounts, leads and opportunities. Assist with coordination and planning of annual sales meeting and trade events. Graphics/Publishing/Photography Coordinate and develop content, design and production of required advertising and promotional collateral including brochures, catalogs, specification guides, signage, sales tools, sales presentations, eblasts, newsletters, etc. Maintain organized library of marketing materials, communications, product photography and images. Investigate new printing and digital publishing platforms as they become available providing recommendations. Analysis and Reporting Track and measure PCS's communications, web traffic and social media statistics, reporting numbers and providing suggestions for improved performance. Analyze and provide competitor and market analysis along with industry trends. Assist in the development of sales reporting tools for all channels and provide suggestions on how new or augmented marketing efforts can generate more volume. Training Develop an in depth knowledge of all distribution channels through training and interaction with accounts, sales personnel, and other internal resources, to aid in the execution of product launches and product knowledge training. Assist in the development and execution of educational presentations for internal and external product training.
