Details: General Laborer / Environmental Technicians: WT Resources is supporting the USDA efforts to remediate the avian influenza virus expanding in large poultry farms around the Central United States. Remediation and decontamination efforts include, but are not limited to cleaning and decontaminating farming facilities by utilizing power/pressure washers. Candidates must be willing and able to provide and wear their own personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hats, steel toed shoes or rubber boots, and respiratory masks (can be provided); must have a current 40 Hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification, have reliable transportation and a good driving record. All candidates must be willing and able to work in possible high temperatures throughout the summer. This work could last through the remainder of 2015. Those hired will have living and mileage expenses paid for using GSA per diem rates. All overtime hours will be paid at 1.5 x hourly wage after 8 hours per day. Double time on Sundays. Meals will be paid for at $35/day and we will pay for hotels but require two/people per room and will help find locations.

Details: Maintenance & Engineering Manage r - Owensboro, KY WE ARE RECRUITING FOR ONE OF OUR STRONGEST CLIENTS: $150,000 - $175,000 + Bonus Program This global corporation operates more than 40 production facilities in North America, Europe and Asia. Lead and manage the Maintenance and Engineering functions at our main facility. The primary accountabilities include improved reliability and reduced maintenance related spending to meet and exceed the business plan, guide individual engineers on technical matters, and directing major engineering projects throughout the facility. Summary: - Ensure the equipment and facilities operate safely and within all applicable laws, regulations and company policy, including environmental requirements - Maintain the facilities and equipment at the plant site in support of meeting or exceeding the annual operating plan. - Re-assess and re-direct engineering efforts and focus towards improved reliability, quality, and reducing operating cost. - Continuously improve the efficient use of financial and human resources in the performance of duties. - Provide a climate of constancy, trust and employee involvement. - Develop the capabilities of all engineering and maintenance employees through effective training, performance reviews, potential appraisals and provide for opportunities to maximize potential. - Efficiently invest the capital resources provided for the plant. - Support the Operations Systems initiative.
