Details: Quality Assurance Analyst Candidates will review files, system entries, call recordings etc. to ensure that employees have correctly documented and followed procedures. Its important for this candidate to be very detail orientated and not make errors. The group works in a very fast paced work environment and is under pressure each month to review approx 2000 entries. Failure to do this affects peoples livelihoods, as payroll is based on the audits being complete. The candidate will be expected to quickly ramp up to review 400 entries per month. Each entry takes about 10 to 45 minutes to review depending on the complexity. To be successful, candidates should have the following skills and experiences: * Experience using Excel.
