Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data within the Environments division to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. Work Relationships and Scope: Reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Has a close working relationship with others on the senior management team, Project Managers, Superintendents and members of the construction design team. Develops and maintains trust and communicative relationships with owners/clients. Oversees and manages the Environments division.
