Responsibilities: Experienced product designer to create fresh new styled designs of cargo and bike carrying products. Must demonstrate the ability to manage drawings and system requirements for changes in the system. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, design and coordinate product launches to customer requirements. May supervise or delegate work as needed. Ability to review vehicles, take measurements and create CAD data from raw information. Working with APQP procedures, design competitive, aesthetically pleasing and innovative towing products that meet or exceed customer requirements. Requires entering BOM & Item Masters into QAD and processing Engineering Change Requests & Product changes in the OEM business. Fabricate and perform physical testing on engineering prototypes. Fabricating tasks may include welding, press operation, iron worker operation, and hand tool use. Training for Metal fab and welding to broaden Prototyped capabilities will be made available. Provide manufacturing drawings of components and assemblies using applicable industry and business standards. Familiarity with GD&T a plus. Demonstrate the ability to make things happen in an APQP environment. Determine and provide illustration(s) and text for instruction sheets. Learn to use Finite Element Analysis to evaluate structures (with training). Some travel regionally is expected. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum: 4 year Engineering degree. 3-5 years of welded structures for aftermarket or OEM experience. Experience in metal fabrication (prototype building and shop practices) a plus. Experience with Class A surfaces, plastics and aluminum structures a plus Must be able to show experience of timely completion of independent work. Valid driver’s license is required. Details: Responsibilities Include Interview family and assess strengths and needs, and develop a family centered partnership plan agreement with the family, identifying and establishing goals. Monitor goal accomplishments of families throughout their participation in the program. Assist families to meet milestones/objectives that lead to goals accomplishment. Advocate on behalf of enrolled families by identifying, making referrals to, procuring and/or coordinating community resources and services available to families, considering eligibility criteria. Follow-up on referrals. Maintain organized case files, enter information into HSFIS and/or other designated computer databases, as needed. Document each family contact, and all internal services provided to families, as well as all external referrals for service. Develop and implement a plan to improve attendance on children with repeat absences. Assist with planning and implementation of parent training and activities. Assist in completion of all internal reports and coordination of referrals for child abuse. Complete and submit all weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as directed. Conduct a minimum of two home visits per family each school year, and as needed.
