Insurance Relations- Program Manager

Details: The Program Manager of Insurance Relations is responsible for managing assigned insurance programs and franchisees administrative compliance including – managing each carrier needs, ensuring application submissions are timely for DRP (Direct Repair Program) assignments, ensuring franchisees comply with insurance program requirements, updating assigned insurance database, and providing key insurance reports. This position provides a high level of support to all insurance partners, franchisees, insurance team, and other corporate members. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain relationships with designated insurance carriers – communicate status changes of franchisee participation in DRP programs. Gather and analyze statistical results of assigned insurance programs. Manage insurance databases and provide various reports (KPI, CSI, FACTs, etc.). Ensure franchisee database is accurate and up to date. Respond to franchisees’ questions regarding assigned insurance program. Ensure franchisees comply with insurance application submissions and follow-up as required. Identify and prepare franchisees enrollment in insurance programs and assist franchisees in managing their existing DRP programs.
