The Administrator is responsible for planning, organizing, and developing all Home Health Agency functions including, but not limited to: operations administration, clinical oversight, supervision and leadership. Annual budget preparation and expense monitoring. Long-range planning, organizing, directing and staffing. General oversight of patient care and effective management of utilization of services. Coordination of agency functions. Fiscal management. Ensure continued growth by expanding new and existing referral base.
Network Engineer
Details: One of TEKsystems top clients is looking for a strong Network Engineer to add to their team. This position offers great exposure to a complex environment, has a potential to go full time, and offers exposure to some of the newer technologies. Top 3 Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer, including work with Cisco routers and switches (configuration, installation, troubleshooting, design) 5+ years of experience working with Wireless Networking, including Cisco products. This includes a depth of knowledge in surveys and controllers. Strong working knowledge of BGP and OSPF Job Description: This role will work directly with customers, vendors, and Strategic Partners to identify, troubleshoot, resolve data networking related issues and/or design network solutions. Monitor WAN/LAN/WLAN connectivity to ensure that all users have the required WAN/LAN/WLAN connections. Troubleshoot hardware problems. Provide timely and accurate progress status on all ongoing support issues, with an emphasis on problems, issues, and concerns. Daily responsibilities Provide guidance on and/or lead the design & engineering efforts, as well as expert technical input & support for engineering network based on recognized standards and best practices. Work with the client's vendors and provide guidance & criteria for documenting design standards and engineering solutions. Collaborate and consult with stakeholders to develop solutions and coordinate, implement, and prioritize plans to meet standards & requirements. Work closely with project managers to upgrade or create designs to meet business requirements. Work with peers to assist and support other engineering initiatives. Follow all Incident and Problem Management processes for operational support. Lead efforts in updates to processes, procedures, guidelines, and standards, including quality controls. Participate in investigations, analysis, reviews, pilots, and evaluations of advanced technologies. Work with peers in recommending improvements to existing systems and identify potential issues for escalation and resolution Desired skills CCNA, CCNP, CCDE, or CCVP Certification Soft Skills Self Starter, Process Oriented Individual Must show the ability to think critically, creatively, independently and cooperatively.
