Trust and Site Security Manager

Details: Trust and Site Security Manager The Trust and Site Security Manager is a position on CareerBuilder's Trust and Site Security Team that reports directly to Director of Support and Compliance. The purpose of the role is to drive best in class fraud and security practices across multiple business units. It will require an advanced understanding of 4 core areas of focus: Security, Fraud Prevention, Data Investigation, and Customer Service. This role will be responsible for proactively identifying and mitigating the risk of online fraud within our product set. The candidate will require a strong Customer Service oriented background in addition to fundamental technical skills and in-depth investigative skills. This role may incorporate ownership of unique tasks or projects that are above and beyond regular day-to-day assignments. Individuals in this role are expected to be able to make critical decisions and judgment calls without necessarily having immediate access to all relevant data points. Job Duties and Responsibilities Act as company subject matter expert on all things security and risk related Monitor investigations and deal directly with law enforcement as necessary Maintain standard reporting metrics and provide non-standard management reporting and metrics as required. Present updates and operation results to senior management as needed Research new tools for fraud detection and mitigation.
