The Sheboygan County District Attorney needs help identifying a person in custody. DA Joe DeCecco said the man – who was arrested on June 29 for retail theft – refuses to identify himself, except by using celebrity names such as “Calvin Klein” or “Heath Ledger."

The announcement will happen at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at The Calderone Club, 842 N. Old World 3rd St., in Milwaukee.
The Wisconsin Restaurant Association, restaurant operators from around the region and representatives from MillerCoors will talk about the impact the arena will have on local and regional businesses.
The endorsement comes as lawmakers try to work out a way to pay for it.
Crews need to break ground on the arena by this fall, or the NBA could pull the team from Milwaukee.
