MILWAUKEE -- A 16-year-old girl from Milwaukee is missing. Azyia Zielinski was last seen around 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1 at the Lad Lake St. Rose Center, 3801 N. 88th St. in Milwaukee. GALLERY: Wisconsin's Missing Children and Adults Milwaukee police said Azyia was reported missing at 7:30 p.m. Thursday. Her mother, Monique Wollersheim‎, tells TODAY'S TMJ4 her daughter has severe mental health issues and she has not had medications since 8 a.m. on July 1.
