Nine time drunk driving offender arrested again

STURTEVANT – A nine-time drunk driver… arrested again. Jones Decorah was arrested for the tenth time after hitting a car in the Village of Sturtevant. His blood alcohol level was more than four times the legal limit. Steve Chamraz explains why Decorah was not behind bars.
